Go to Tools | Account Settings...

Select the "New.." button on the Email tab

Select the first option "Microsoft Excchange, Pop3,..."

Select the checkbox at the bottom of the page that says "Manually configure server" and then press "Next"

Select the first option "Internet E-mail" press "Next"

Fill out the form and enter mail.itx.net for both the incoming and outgoing mail server and enter your full email address for your username

Click the "More Settings" button in the bottom right hand corner

Select the 'Outgoing Server' tab and check the box for 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' and click 'OK'

If your ISP blocks port 25 outbound services (not uncommon), select the 'Advanced' tab and change the 'Outgoing server (SMTP)' port from 25 to 2525 and click 'OK'

Now click the 'Test Account Settings' button and you should see each item completed

Click 'Next' then 'Finish'
